We didn't build Viraly Post in a vacuum. We built it because we needed it, and discovered thousands of other agencies needed it too.

Our story

Viraly Post started in 2026 inside a social media agency that scaled from 3 clients to 30+ across 6 platforms. We were drowning in Google Sheets, WhatsApp approval threads, and 8 browser tabs per client. The breaking point: a Sunday night where the founder spent 6 hours scheduling content for the next week and still missed two posts.

We tested every tool on the market, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Sked Social. None solved the workflow we actually had: multi-client, multi-platform, with client approvals that didn't require the client to create yet another account. So we built it ourselves, originally just for our internal use.

When other agencies saw our internal dashboard, they asked if they could use it too. That became Viraly Post.

Our mission
