How to request a refund

1. Email contact@viralypost.com from the email associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line "Refund request."
3. Tell us your reason (optional but helps us improve the product).
4. We'll process the refund within 5 business days via your original payment method (typically appears in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).

Eligibility

• Within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge.
• Only the first paid subscription qualifies (the trial doesn't count, you weren't charged during the trial).
• You haven't used Viraly Post in a way that violates our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, abuse, illegal content).

What's NOT refundable

• Subscription charges after the first 30 days. You can still cancel anytime (one click in settings) and won't be charged on the next billing cycle.
• Renewals beyond the first cycle (we send a renewal reminder 7 days before each annual renewal, cancel before that if you don't want to be charged).
• Add-ons or one-time purchases (we currently don't sell any, but mentioned for completeness).

Cancellation is separate from refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time, from any plan, without requesting a refund. Cancel = no future charges. Refund = money back from a recent charge. You can cancel without refunding (e.g., you used the product for 3 months, now don't need it) or refund without cancelling (we'll handle both in the same email).

Pro-rated refunds for annual plans

If you're on an annual plan and request a refund within the first 30 days, you get a full refund of the entire annual charge, we don't pro-rate within the guarantee window. After 30 days, the annual is non-refundable, but you can downgrade to monthly or cancel auto-renewal anytime.
