How do I create my first account?
Go to viralypost.com/pricing, pick the plan that fits your client volume (Starter for up to 3 clients, Pro for up to 10, Scale for unlimited). Add your card, you won't be charged for the first 7 days. After checkout you'll receive login credentials at the email you used. Log in at app.viralypost.com/entrar.
What's included in the free trial?
The full product. No feature gating. Schedule real posts to real social accounts, use the approval workflow with real clients, see real analytics. The trial is 7 days. If you don't cancel before day 8, your card is charged at the plan rate you selected. Cancel anytime in your account settings, no calls, no scripts.
Connecting social platforms
Which platforms can I connect?
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Reddit. Each platform uses its official OAuth authentication, we never see or store passwords. To connect: inside your client workspace, click "Add account," choose the platform, log in to that platform when prompted, approve our access permissions, done. Typical time: 1-2 minutes per account.
What happens if a platform disconnects or my token expires?
Platforms occasionally require re-authentication (especially Instagram every 60 days, per Meta's policy). You'll get a notification email and a banner inside Viraly Post. Click "Reconnect," re-authenticate with the platform, done. Scheduled posts that hit the disconnect window will pause until you reconnect, they won't post incorrectly.
Scheduling posts
How do I schedule a post to multiple platforms at once?
Inside the client workspace, click "New post." Upload your media (image, video, or carousel). Add a caption. Select which platforms you want it published to (toggle each on). Pick a date and time. Click "Schedule." Viraly Post auto-formats the content for each platform's spec (9:16 for Reels, 1:1 for feed, 16:9 for YouTube) and queues the post.
Can I bulk upload an entire month of content at once?
Yes. Click "Bulk upload" inside the client calendar. Download our CSV template, fill in your post data (caption, media URL, platforms, scheduled time), upload back. Up to 100 posts per upload. Viraly Post validates each row and queues approved posts. Most agencies use this once a month to schedule a client's entire month in under an hour.

How do I send a post for client approval?
After creating a post, instead of clicking "Schedule," click "Send for approval." Viraly Post generates a unique, password-less URL. Copy and send it to your client however you want (email, WhatsApp, Slack). They click, review the post inside their browser, and approve or comment.
What happens when a client requests changes?
Their comments appear in your dashboard as a chat thread, with full context (which slide, which caption line, which video frame). You make the edit, the link refreshes, and your client sees the updated version automatically. Once they approve, the post moves to the scheduled queue.
Billing and account
How do I cancel my subscription?
Inside your account settings, click "Manage subscription" then "Cancel." One click, no retention scripts, no email back-and-forth. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund by emailing contact@viralypost.com, see our refund policy.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Account settings → "Change plan." Two clicks. The new pricing kicks in on your next billing cycle (we pro-rate any difference). Founding member discount carries forward on every upgrade, you never pay full retail if you joined as a founding member.
