Does my client need to create a Viraly Post account?+
No. This is the entire point. Your client clicks the approval link you send, reviews in their browser, approves or comments. No account, no password, no friction.
How does the approval link work?+
When you finish creating a post, click “Send for approval” instead of “Schedule.” Viraly Post generates a unique password-less URL. Send it to your client via email, WhatsApp, Slack, however you usually communicate.
What happens if my client requests changes?+
They comment per slide, per caption line, or per video frame. Comments land in your dashboard. You make the edit, the link refreshes, they see the new version. Re-approve and the post moves to the scheduled queue.
Can my client approve from their phone?+
Yes. The approval link is fully mobile-responsive. Most clients approve from their phone while having coffee.
How do I know when my client has approved?+
